RMSA GRANTS 2012-13 GUIDELINES

RMSA- Release of 1st installment of Central Share as Grant-in-aid to the AP Secondary EducationalSociety, Hyderabad towards implementation of RMSA Programme in AP for the year 2012-13 Issued by the Commissioner and Directer of School Education and Ex-offico Directer of RMSA AP HTD vide Rc.No.1135/RMSA/2011  Dated: 30.11.2011.vide Rc.No. 71/RMSA/2013 Dated: 25.03.2013.


All the Headmasters/Principals and Chairmen of School Management Development Committees of indentified Secondary Schools in the state are informed that the GOI vide reference 1st read above have approved and communicated the Annual Work Plan & Budget 2012-13 recurring interventions for implementation during the year 2012-13 and released 1st  installment of Central Share. Out of that the available unspent balances under recurring  Grants and as per the instructions of the GoI, MHRD, New Delhi, the following component  wise amounts are sanctioned and allocated for utilization to each of the 10368 Secondary Schools in the state towards School Annual Grant in the State:

RMSA GRANTS 2011-12 GUIDELINES

      Release of funds towards implementation of RMSA Programme in Andhra Pradesh under School Annual Grants for the year 2011-12 at School level - Utilization of funds – Certain guidelines and instructions – Issued by the Commissioner and Directer of School Education and Ex-offico Directer of RMSA AP HTD vide Rc.No.1135/RMSA/2011  Dated: 30.11.2011.

    All the Head Masters/ Principals & Chairmen of School Management Development Committees of identified Secondary Schools & all the District Educational Officer & Ex-Officio District Project Coordinators in the State are informed that GOI, MHRD, New Delhi/ Government of Andhra Pradesh have sanctioned & released amounts vide references 1st to 6th read above from the introduction of the Centrally Sponsored Scheme “Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan” from the year 2009-10.

 Further they are informed that GOI, MHRD, New Delhi have communicated a Framework for Implementation of RMSA Scheme. Based on the Frame Work of chapter IV of 4.6 the following are the details of sanctioned components, Grant of amount and details for utilization of Grants relating to Physical infrastructure, School Annual Grants under Recurring Grants:

RMSA GRANTS 2010-11 GUIDELINES

            The commissioner & Directer of School Education and  and Ex-officio Directer, RMSA, A.P. Hyderabad issued guide lines towards implementation of RMSA programme in AP for the year 2009-10 Annual grants wide   Rc.No. 7/RMSA/2010 Dated: 18.03.2011.

All the Headmasters/Principals and Chairmen of School Management Development Committees of indentified Secondary Schools in the state are informed that the GOI vide reference read above have released 1st installment of Central Shareof Recurring grant i.e., Rs. 54.57 crores. Out of that the following component wiseamounts are allocated to each of the 10368 Secondary Schools towards School AnnualGrant and Minor Repair for 9560 Secondary Schools in the State:

RMSA GRANTS 2009-10 GUIDELINES

     The commissioner & Directer of School Education and  and Ex-officio Directer, RMSA, A.P. Hyderabad issued guide lines towards implementation of RMSA programme in AP for the year 2009-10 Annual grants wide   Rc.No. 9/RMSA/2009,Dated: 31.03.2010 

All the District Educational Officers in the State are informed that the GOI vide reference read above have released 1st installment of Central Share of Recurring grant (25% of Central Share) i.e., Rs. 1275.51 lakhs. Out of that the following component wise amounts are allocated to each of the 10163 Government Secondary Schools towards School Annual Grant and Minor Repair for 8548 Government Secondary Schools in the State:
